Before and after! I can kinda see a difference in my face. Left one is from 12/31/11 as u can probably tell from my hat and right pic is from a couple weeks ago. I was also angling the first one to hide the double chin, but the second one isnt doing me any favors. It’s a 15lb difference.

After an hour of cardio today! My face gets soooo red! Feeling great and super happy. I planned on resting tomorrow and not going to the gym, but after today’s workout, I’m going back for more tmrw. :-)
