Just watched a bit of a documentary called Endurance about an ultramarathon runner. When he got injured and couldn’t run (for AT LEAST 4 hours a day) he got really depressed, that’s when I just couldn’t force myself to watch it any longer. It either made me feel like an incredible sloth or like a sane person, who knows that you don’t have to run 30 miles a day to be happy and healthy. I think the latter.
